For more detailed information about when an item may or may not be covered, check out the coverage terms on their website.
Cost Breakdowns
The Super Home website breaks down the cost of the plans for homeowners and homebuyers on their pricing page.

How to Get a Quote from Super Home Warranty
Homeowners and Buyers
For homeowners and buyers, the fastest way to get a quote from Super Home is by navigating the pricing page and inputting your status as a homeowner, the square footage of your home, and the state in which you reside.
The company will immediately pull up pricing for each plan based on the information you provide.
In order to finalize your purchase, you’ll need to provide your name, email, phone number and the place where you first heard about Super Home. You’ll then be able to choose whether you’d like to pay monthly or annually.
To finalize your payment, you’ll need to input your address, and you’ll need to specify whether or not you want any additional items covered. Input your credit card number, and you’re covered.
Service Rewards
When you join Super Home, you’ll get a referral code. When someone else signs up to the platform using your referral code, you’ll get a service reward which can be applied toward your co-pay.
Super Home also frequently runs promotions where homeowners can earn more service rewards beyond referrals.
How to Make a Claim
If you need to submit a claim, you can do so in two ways:
- Schedule an appointment or submit a repair request via the website (hellosuper.com) or mobile app when you log in to your account.
- Contact Super Home directly via email or phone at 844-99-SUPER.
You must submit a claim before you repair your item in order to be eligible for coverage. Super will not cover repairs or replacements coordinated without them.
Unlike many home warranty companies, Super Home’s service hours are not 24/7, but you can call them outside of service hours at 415-445-2109 if there’s an emergency. Here are their regular service hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST
- Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
- Sundays, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
Repair services are available Monday to Friday during regular business hours, except on holidays. If you need a repair done over the holidays, weekends or during the evening, you may have to pay an extra fee.
If your system or appliance can’t be repaired, Super Home will replace it with a system or appliance of a similar kind of quality, or the company will write you a check. It also covers removal and disposal costs.
In place of a traditional service fee, Super Home requires a co-pay at the beginning of your service appointment. It’s charged once, and is the same no matter how long the job takes.
You can submit as many claims as you like, but the limit of service provided will depend on your contract. The amount paid by Super for your combined covered claims is subject to an aggregate limit of $30,000 during any continuous 12-month period.
Super Home Warranty Reviews
Super Home, Inc. is accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), where it’s accumulated a B-rating with 1.5 stars in customer reviews.
They’ve seen 27 complaints from 2017-2020 with BBB, as of this writing; 26 of which have occurred in the last 12 months.
Here are some example reviews:
“They took care of all my … problems. I didn’t like the first contractor so I didn’t have to pay. The 2nd contractor they let me hire and he told me $10k in repairs. They sent out a 2nd opinion and said both those contractors are wrong and I have a bad … valve. Everything was ordered and installed after his diagnosis within 5 days. Saved everyone a ton of money and Super picked up the tab. AWESOME SERVICE!”
-Paulyboy, 5 stars, BBB
“Be careful dealing with this company. They will not solve the problem on their first visit even though it is solvable. They will say some spare parts need to be replaced and will send another quote with higher labor charges and additional parts charges. When they fix [it], even though no external new parts were installed, they will still try to charge that unless you want to fight with them. Their technicians don’t want to give any kind of paperwork after the work is done. I think this way they can still charge for parts which they never needed. They tried to do this to me but eventually agreed.”
-Ravi, 2 stars, BBB

Home Warranty Rating Methodology
To help you find the best home warranty, our reviews team researched numerous home warranty companies, analyzing their coverage plans, pricing and customer service, among other factors:
- Coverage: Home warranty companies that provide extensive coverage and protect important systems and appliances, including your air conditioning, refrigerator and heating, scored higher than companies with minimal coverage.
- Plan variety: A provider with more coverage plans allows for more flexibility among customers. In general, most home warranty companies provide an appliances-only plan, systems-only plan and combination plan.
- Pricing: We scored providers based on their monthly plan prices and service call fees compared to the industry average pricing. Companies with more affordable coverage received more points than companies with more expensive plans.
- State availability: Where you live will determine what companies are available in your area. Home warranty companies that covered more states received more points than companies with a limited state availability.
- Trustworthiness: There are some home warranty companies that are scams and don’t follow through on their service agreements. We rated companies based on their years of experience, ratings on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and customer reviews.
To keep our data current, our team regularly updates the data points for each company to ensure their coverage offerings, pricing and availability are accurate.
