The Today’s Homeowner team hit the road to Castle Pines, Colorado, a beautiful little town just south of Denver, and home to our Backyard Paradise 2017 contest winner, Monica Sethi.
Each year we host the popular contest, and the winner’s backyard gets a makeover courtesy of Pavestone with some help from our team.
We transformed the Sethis’ dilapidated patio into paradise with new pavers, a retaining wall, an outdoor kitchen and fire pit.

Hi,
Our house was built in the 60’s so my kitchen cabinets are made of real wood and are solid. They’ve bee painted at least three times that I know of. While the cabinets are in good shape themselves, the doors are dated and paint is coming off around knobs.
I suggested to my hubby that we could just replace the door and update the cabinets and he said that because the door have been removed several times that it wouldn’t be good. I think he’s fibbing to me! ???
