Inspired by early 1800’s portraits, frakturs, and folk art, Anne Childs recreates images of the past.Drawing from her love of all things old, she paints pictures that capture the innocence and charm of days gone by.

She works with watercolor, brushes, and a dip pen.Using paper that has been removed from antique journals and books, she frames all her work in antique frames.
