About Varathane Super Glaze

This simple, pour-on coating waterproofs and protects just about every interior surface in your home. It contains a pre-dyed resin with an activator that keeps its color without settling. The result is a glossy finish in just one coat.

It’s easy to apply and covers surfaces up to 5.25 square feet. It dries to touch in eight hours after application and creates the same thickness as 75 coats of varnish.

This glaze is ideal for tabletops, bars, furniture, game boards, clocks, plaques, ceramics and more.

How To Use

Varathane Super Glaze is easy to use and clean up afterward. You’ll need two plastic measuring cups and some plastic spreaders before applying this product. The ratio of resin and the activator will depend on the project’s surface size.

First, pour the needed measurement of resin into one plastic cup and do the same with the activator in the second plastic cup. Next, pour the resin into the activator and stir it well.

Once it is mixed well, pour it on the surface of your project and spread it with the plastic spreader. It dries in up to eight hours and any leftover mess can be cleaned up with mineral spirits.
