Spring is here, and with warmer weather comes a different set of home chores you need to take on to keep your home in tip-top shape.

The same way you cycle out your winter wardrobe for your spring attire, you need to cycle out the cold-weather chores for spring tasks.

We partnered with our friends at The Home Depot to compile a spring list of tasks to give your home some TLC. It’s packed with manageable tasks to help your home run effectively and efficiently.


Top 10 Spring Home Must-Do List

Don’t take a rain check on these essential spring home maintenance chores.

1. Service Your HVAC System

2. Clear Away Leaves from A/C

Be sure to clear away leaves and debris from the A/C condenser unit. Skip to [1:37] for more details.


3. Clean Gutters and Roof

4. Clear Debris From Roof

5. Clean and Repair Window Screens

Clean and repair window screens. While you have your screens out for cleaning, be sure the tracks are clean and lubricated.

7. Lubricate Hinges

Lubricate exterior hinges, gates, garage door tracks and locks. Any moving part in your home needs to be lubricated to function efficiently this spring. Skip to [5:20] for more details.

8. Sharpen Garden Tools
