Ryobi Electrostatic garden sprayer is used to spray a plant in a backyard

If you’ve watched the show, you may have seen us use a battery-powered garden sprayer. It’s much easier than the old pump-up style sprayer, but now, Ryobi has taken that idea a step further with their new Electrostatic Sprayer.

This new unit was developed to help people disinfect their homes and small businesses more efficiently. It’s also great for applying cleaning solutions, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn and garden products.

The sprayer offers precise spray patterns from 2 to 10 feet, but the electrostatic component is what makes it special. As the mist of liquid leaves the sprayer, the particles are electrostatically charged, so they are attracted to surfaces that aren’t even in the direct path of the stream.

This delivers much better coverage in hard-to-reach places, and it reduces the time required to do the job by up to 50%. And, it’s powered by the same 18-volt battery you already have in the garage.
