Danny and Joe welcome callers’ questions each week on the Today’s Homeowner Radio Show. Here’s a question from our Dec. 07 broadcast: Ken is about to tackle a kitchen painting project. He plans on updating all of his cabinets and needs a little advice before jumping in. We tell Ken he first needs to clean the surfaces of his cabinets using either a hot sponge or a citrus cleaner. Ken will need to take the handles off and add painters tape around the edges. Latex bonding primer with a light coat then 2 coats of acrylic latex for the cabinets. Also, we recommended a Homeright Paint sprayer to get the job done. Listen to the embedded audio clip above for the answer! Read the blog from the Dec. 07 show and listen to the full broadcast here.
