“I had a horrible experience with this moving company. The two guys that came on my moving day were clearly inexperienced and unprofessional. They wanted to move my queen bed fully intact because there were “too many screws” and complained many times about how complicated my bed was. They didn’t secure or remove the drawers in my dresser before carrying it down multiple flights of stairs. One of the drawers fell out and shattered. They were rushed, and almost every piece of furniture ended up with dings, scratches or some type of damage. I placed a damage claim, and my drawer was picked up for repair weeks after my move. Many more weeks go by, and I had to reach out to them three times before getting a response to see where my drawer was. When the drawer was finally returned, the mover slammed the drawer into my newly painted walls and left a hole. The manager called me to say they would repair it or pay for a repair, and I have never heard from them since (i moved almost five months ago). Between the movers’ inexperience, unprofessionalism rushed work, and management’s poor customer service, I would NEVER recommend using this company. I will certainly never be using them again.”
