Over the past few years the use of compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFL) has increased dramatically in households. Since CFLs contain a small amount of mercury, it’s important to dispose of old bulbs properly.
To make this process easier, Waste Management offers CLF recycling kits for your home. The kit consists of a foil bag to safely hold burned out bulbs, and a prepaid postage box to ship them directly to Waste Management for proper disposal.
