Use Plastic-Free Food Storage in Your Refrigerator

As part of making your kitchen eco-friendlier, let go of all your plastic containers and get ones made of metal, glass or silicon.

Use reusable beeswax wrap in sealing your food as they can fit different sizes and types of containers.

Avoid using plastic wrap, as it isn’t that sustainable.

Use Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products

After the makeover, you may want to do a final cleaning in your kitchen before you actually use it.

With that, skip harsh cleaners filled with harmful chemicals and go with products that are better for the environment.

Plant-based soap, white vinegar, and baking soda are effective cleaners without the harmful side effects that you can get from conventional chemicals.
They are also readily available and cheaper.
