Core Home
The most basic coverage option, Core Home covers main home systems like water heaters, air conditioning, heating, electrical systems, plumbing stoppages, and major water, sewer, and electrical lines that aren’t owned by utilities or covered under homeowners insurance. Premier Home

Premier Plus

Coverage length
Contracts go into effect 15 days after purchasing a plan and each plan lasts for 12 months with a full money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with ABC Home Warranty coverage, or the coverage isn’t what you expected or anticipated, you can receive a full refund with no questions asked. At the end of your contract term, you may renew your plan.
