My daughter has a bedford stone home and she is in need of replacing all of her windows. How can windows be effectively replaced and energy efficiently replaced in the 1960 bedford stone ranch home. Leaky single pane glass, leaky around inside trim and some of the wood is rotting on the outdoor wood. The windows do not work. Someone took off the storm windows before she purchased the home. She also has a broken joist above her kitchen with ceiling sagging and part of joist missing where some one installed an attic ladder and the ceiling is coming down. Help
