Cleaning stains off of the floor

Here’s a question from our Dec. 7 broadcast:
Sandy blames a back-door rug for staining her interior vinyl floor. Now, she wonders how to clean the floor.
We tell Sandy to use a cleaner made specifically for vinyl flooring. If that doesn’t work, spray water on it and add baking soda. Let that sit before scrubbing with a brush.
