Just wanted to say, That you and Chelsea have taught me a lot! If it wasn’t for you two I’d never have the courage to tackle some things around our home. Husband would rather pay someone cause he’s not handy, Now I am the handy one!
My husband and I bought a beautiful updated home in Eastern NC. However our house is on a slab with ceramic tiles throughout bottom floor. In the winter the tile gets frigid, like ice rink cold, especially nearest our windows and our heating bill is much higher. But our summer bill is low! We have 5 yr old windows, brand new installation in attic very thick and exactly what is coded, storm doors, seals, etc. It has to be our floor! What can we do to help our winter bill?

What kind of “Ice melt” can I use on my brick sidewalk. I already ruined the cement sidewalk the builder put in and now have a very nice brick sidewalk I want to be able to walk on in the winter, but don’t want to ruin using the wrong ice melt products. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

I go to Home Depot about 2-3 times a month for various items. The gift card would be most welcome
