2. Turn on the Air Conditioning System

Turn on the air conditioning to clean indoor air. A properly working one has a built-in filter system to clean and absorb the dust and particulates in the air.

If you have an old AC, however, you might consider upgrading it.

Later models have better filtering systems to drain out dirt, dust and contaminants than older types do. Some even have UV HVAC lights to kill viruses and bacteria.

Good ones are also able to get rid of most types of pollutants, such as fumes, smokes and pollens.

Turn on the air conditioning system and clean the air at home. For the best results, get regular AC maintenance and avoid contacting AC pros only when the machine breaks down.
