After completing all the brickwork, siding, and trim on the outside of our 1926 Kuppersmith Project house, the painting crew was able to caulk, prime, paint, and stain the exterior of the house. Watch this video to find out more.
We’re tackling a number of projects outside on the Kuppersmith Project, including installing motorized retractable screens and pouring a colored concrete driveway. Inside we’re putting in a shower surround and putting down a tile floor in the bathroom.
The Kuppersmith home renovation project follows the extensive renovation of a two-story, Tudor style home built in 1926 in Mobile, Alabama. In the twelfth of our 13-part series, we landscape the yard, finish the garage floor, and install entry locks on the house.
A metal mesh foundation door was installed on the Kuppersmith Project house to provide access to the crawlspace under the house. The foundation door also allowed access to bins for the recycling chutes, which we installed behind a door in the kitchen cabinets. Watch this video to find out more.
