A metal mesh foundation door was installed on the Kuppersmith Project house to provide access to the crawlspace under the house. The foundation door also allowed access to bins for the recycling chutes, which we installed behind a door in the kitchen cabinets. Watch this video to find out more.
Before painting the cast iron foundation vent grates on the Kuppersmith Project house, a wire brush was used to remove any rust. Next, the vents were sprayed with a metal primer followed by a metal paint to match the trim on the house. Watch this video to find out more.
We’re tackling a number of projects outside on the Kuppersmith Project, including installing motorized retractable screens and pouring a colored concrete driveway. Inside we’re putting in a shower surround and putting down a tile floor in the bathroom.
After completing all the brickwork, siding, and trim on the outside of our 1926 Kuppersmith Project house, the painting crew was able to caulk, prime, paint, and stain the exterior of the house. Watch this video to find out more.
