The soffit and beam on the back porch of the Kuppersmith Project house were framed to accommodate motorized, retractable screens. The screens can be rolled down at the touch of a button, then retracted into the soffit to let the outside in when they’re not needed. Watch this video to find out more.
The increase the usable space in the family room at the Kuppersmith Project, we're putting a 16’ long by 8' high opening in the wall that will be filled with glass doors to allow access to the covered screened deck.
