Carissa Scarpa of Beaufort, S.C., was chosen as the winner of our 2016 “Win Your Own Pavestone Paradise” contest, out of almost 6,000 nationwide entries! Carissa won a backyard makeover worth up to $10,000 in materials and labor from Pavestone to turn her yard into a beautiful outdoor living space.

In addition, Carissa and her fiancé, Matthew, will be featured on an upcoming episode of our nationally syndicated home improvement TV show Today’s Homeowner with Danny Lipford.

My marine and I are engaged, and our backyard paradise can be a perfect wedding party backdrop! We are FINALLY together in a stunningly lovely home but with an UGLY yard. It was neglected severely, but it’s a perfect canvas to clean up! We NEED a retreat now that we are finally together! Plus, we can host other families here too, and it would be thanks to you!
