The 2016 International Builders’ Show was held Jan. 19-21 in Las Vegas, and the Today’s Homeowner crew were on hand to check out tons of innovative products. This convention, America’s largest residential housing trade event, draws more than 50,000 home builders, remodelers, architects, dealers and distributors.

This week the Today’s Homeowner crew has been soaking up all the new products at the 2016 International Builders’ Show — America’s largest residential housing trade event. This convention draws in over 50,000 home builders, remodelers, architects, dealers and distributors, so there was quite a lot to see! Here are just a few of our favorite new products from the show.

Cadsoft has just upped the ante in architectural design software. This year they are introducing virtual reality alongside their Envisioneer software, allowing you to truly visualize you’re designs.

BRZBrands has come out with a unique new way to heat up your home. In addition to sprucing up your walls, these paintings also serve as heaters. This new technology allows these paintings to produce heat without the need for coils or fans. You can choose from a number of designs on their website or even submit your own.

Next up are some clever wall-covering options. The first is a comes from Corksribas. These unique cork panels also double as a sound deadening solution. Across the floor Walker Zanger has also created some very interesting looks with these highly decorative panels made out of concrete.

This Annex Shower Rail from Moen is a perfect solution for adding more versatility to your shower without the need for a costly remodel. This entire kit installs at your current shower arm connection, meaning there’s no need to tear into your already finished shower wall. It features a dual-function diverter for easy switching from showerhead to hand shower.

ODL has unveiled this new line of textured exterior glass doors which offer a balance of security and privacy. These doors come in a variety of glass styles, including geo-tex and vapor.

Mockett is a company that traditionally creates solutions for the corporate and home office. This year they’re branching out with ideas in other areas of the home.

Rev-A-Shelf has created this clever above-the-fridge storage solution eliminating the need to pull out a step stool.

And to wrap it up check out these sinks by MR Direct. Beautiful, but I wouldn’t want have to clean them.
