After completing all the brickwork, siding, and trim on the outside of our 1926 Kuppersmith Project house, the crew from CertaPro Painters was ready to caulk, prime, paint, and stain the exterior of the house.
Work began by caulking any joints and nail holes on the house. Next, all the surfaces that would be painted were given a coat of High Hide Cover-Stain primer from Zinsser. This durable, oil-based primer adheres to a wide range of materials, as well as blocking stains and preventing knots from bleeding through.
Finally, two coats of quality topcoat paint were applied, followed by spraying the cypress shake siding on the house with stain. Watch this video to find out more.
