I have a 60 year old home. The previous homeowner put permanently attached foam and painted it for insulation on the foundation? It’s starting to tears bits off from the lawnmower hitting it . My question is…should I remove it and try to remove the painted foam and concrete the foundation. How do I do this as I’m not handy? My house is brick. It’s a very small house. I am wanting to sell my house to relocate to a different city.
Please help. Thank you very much!
