Carrier’s Côr home automation system provides homeowners a single solution to easily connect their home’s most important systems: heating and cooling, safety and security. Once set up, users can manage connected devices, view live video of their home from connected cameras, and remotely manage access from the system’s app. For instance, homeowners are able to program their lights to turn on at dusk, or set their thermostat to adjust before they arrive home.
Through geolocation technology, users can also program tasks based on location, such as disarming the home alarm system upon pulling into the driveway.

Generac Guardian Series Standby Generator
Unlike portable generators, home standby generators sense power outages and start up automatically. Because they are hard-wired to your home’s electrical system, they deliver power the same way your electric utility does, which means no extension cords.
Standby generators can back up your entire home and don’t need to be refueled, because they run off your home’s natural gas or LP fuel supply. That also means it can run for as long as necessary — until utility power returns.
Generac’s Guardian series is equipped with MobileLink, which allows users to view their generator’s status online or via a mobile app. For example, is the generator running, is it exercising, or is it in standby mode waiting for a power outage? Owners can also use the app to send notifications to their local Generac dealer, so they can proactively work together to address any issues.

Kidde RemoteLync Home Monitor
With RemoteLync from Kidde Fire Safety, homeowners can enjoy peace of mind knowing that their homes’ smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are being monitored while they’re away. It works with a home’s existing alarms and Wi-Fi and does not require additional products or monthly fees.
When an alarm triggers the device, RemoteLync communicates via a free app that can be customized to notify an entire network, including neighbors and family, or give you, or someone in your network, the option to dial 911.
